Capturing special events with an eye for detail

We have traveled across the United States to photograph all sorts of weddings - from big city affairs to intimate garden celebrations. Locally, we photograph in the towns around Concord, including Acton, Lincoln, Sudbury, Wellesley, Weston, Brookline, and Chestnut Hill. Slightly farther afield, we also travel to other parts of Massachusetts and NH, including Cape Cod and the White Mountains of NH.

From the big city to the beautiful coast and everywhere in between, we aim to capture your special day with all its details, friends, and family so that you will remember it forever. Unobtrusive, discrete, and omnipresent are often mentioned when clients discuss my wedding and special event photography.

More than twenty years ago, I had a mentor who taught me about Henri Cartier Bresson, a famous photographer known for his ability to capture what he called ‘the decisive moment.’ He described this decisive moment as: “...inside movement, there is one moment at which the elements in motion are in balance. Photography must seize upon this moment and hold immobile the equilibrium of it.” It has always been my goal to find that moment when everything is in balance and to try to capture that, to stop time so that viewers can look at that image and see it and all its details, to see even what they might not have even seen at the moment, and to remember it forever..
